Cannot perform support actions

Hi,

I have a license and I want to deauthorize it to install it in other computer but when I try to do that I receive the message "7284:Cannotperform support actions on inactive fulfillment record FID_2dcd02d7_13d41dc4a83_4303. [Inicident#0798-1511479]
