Cannot authorise software for trial copy!

Hi,

I installed the ArcGis Desktop 10.1 trial however while following the instructions, I am stuck at step 5. 'Select ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced (Single Use), and click Authorize Now.'.

All the options here are greyed out. I cannot select anything. How should I proceed to authorise with the emailed code?
