Every time when I first open 10.2.2 the toolbars are arranged very strangely. See attached image.
Any ideas on how to set the default toolbar parameters to make some semblance of order from this mess?
Also, when I try and resize the ArcMap Window, it shrinks to the smallest size. I click on the open square and the window is maximized and then changes to small double square, I click on the small double square and the window looks like this...see attached image.
