Arcdesktop 9.3.1 - ArcMap and ArcGlobe wont launch - Windows 2008 Sp2 64-bit

Hi all,

First time poster, so apologies if this has been discussed in length before.....

I have recently installed ArcGIS Desktop 9.3.1 on 2xWindows 2008 Sp2 64-bit servers (which will be Citrix application servers).

The installation went fine. However, when i try to launch ArcMap and ArcGlobe, i get the attached error.

I'm able to launch the applications if i 'run as administrator', and if i disable UAC, both of which aren't ideal.

Can anyone give me an idea of what permissions i may need to look at amending on any particular folders?
