ArcMap ne s'ouvre pas

Bonjour,
J‘ai un Problème avec ArcMap. En effet, J‘ai installé ArcGis version 10.2 mais j‘ai lance Arc Map, il s‘exécute et commence le téléchargement (démarrage) mais s‘arrête automatiquement sans laisser de message.
Pourtant si je lance Arc Catalogue, il s‘ouvre facilement.

I have a problem with ArcMap. In fact, I installed ArcGIS 10.2 but I launch Arc Map, it runs and starts downloading (starting) but stops automatically without leaving a message.
Yet if I run Arc Catalog, it opens easily.
