Installing 10.1 Service Packages and Patches on Windows 8.1

I am trying to install the service packs and patches for ArcGIS 10.1 on my Windows 8.1. I keep getting this error, "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by Windows Installer service because the program may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch."

I ran the PatchFinder.exe and this is the results:

ArcGIS 10.1 for Desktop

ArcObjects SDK for the Java Platform 10.1

ArcGIS 10.1 License Manager

ArcGIS 10.1 Data Interoperability for Desktop

ArcGIS 10.1 Data Reviewer for Desktop

ArcGIS 10.1 Workflow Manager for Desktop

Any help? I haven't updated 10.1 since I installed it.
