the good news: I was able to get 10.2 on a second machine.
the bad: in the software authorization wizard I have been able to add the licence numbers for all the extensions EXCEPT the full motion video (FMV) which the tech said was no longer available. At my global account FMV is not listed as a license/extension that is available to my account. The wizard will not activate the next button, only the back button, I presume, until I deal with the empty full motion video slot.
Does anyone have thoughts on how to complete the wizard, get the next button active? Can I somehow delete Full motion video from the list?
Or possibly activate a space time continuum that will get New England's and California in the same time zone!! I really do not want to wait until Tuesday to resolve this, I was looking forward to running my project in bed, on the way to school, wherever with the freedom my laptop brings.
