Extracting ArcGIS for Desktop .iso file

Hello,

I am attempting to install ArcGIS for Desktop 10.2 using Parallels on a Mac.
In the Windows 7 VM, I am using 7-Zip to extract the downloaded .iso file.
It gets stuck on 99% multiple Data Errors.

Has anyone had the same issue, or knows how to solve this?
