¿Help ArcGIS License Manager?

I need know if i can configure arcgis license mánager for give a license for a time in hours or sessions, for example if someone opens arcmap this take a license of the server license and as close arcmap this returns the license.

Necesito saber si se puede configurar ArcGIS License Manager para hacer el préstamo de licencias en horas o mejor aun por sesiones,es decir, si alguien abre arcmap, este solicite la licencia por el periodo de tiempo en que se encuentre abierto ArcMap, y cuando ArcMap sea cerrado, inmediatamente regrese la licencia al servidor....
