**Add Data from ArcGIS Online** missing from dropdown

Hello forum,

Just installed 10.2 on top of 10.1. Out of curiosity and cleanliness, I went through and deleted many of the 10.1 folders that
remained after the upgrade. Everything works fine, Python, Pythonwin, ArcCatolog, ArcMap. The only thing that I see wrong is
that I do not have the 'Add Data from ArcGIS Online' command in the dropdown menu for adding data.

1. I repaired the install of 10.2 -- not fixed
2. uninstalled 10.2, renamed existing document folders, reinstalled 10.2 -- not fixed

Any ideas??
