ArcMap 10.2 missing menus and toolbars

Hi, I just installed ArcGIS for Desktop 10.2 and I noticed my toolbars and menus are not there. Any suggestions?

I installed 10.2 on top of my 10.1, allowing the installation to remove the old software. I'm running Windows XP.
